Capacity Limit- Dynamic Transportation Planning

Hello,

As a part of transportation planning there is a configuration setting "Capacity Limit: Dynamic Transportation Planning" that is set for each transportation planning point (Logistics Execution>Direct Store Delivery>Transportation Planning-->Determine Capacity Limits). These limits, if set, will stop deliveries from being assigned to a shipment if they are outside of the tolerance set for each limit.

The limits are Usable Load, Volume, Number of Stops, Capacity, and Time. We have searched all of IMG, help and relevant master data and can not find where the values used for each of these limits to check against are maintained in the system. The only additional settings in this config is the tolerance percentage, but tolerance against what value?

Any help on where these limit values are set would be greatly appreciated.
