Hi,

Assuming that the accruals have been made after the necessary configuration ,you can put the transaction VB(7 in the backgroung scheduling.

This will generate the rebate credit memo request automatically.

If you also want to create a rebate credit memo automatically then you can record the transaction VF04 through SHDB and the put the whole transaction on background scheduling

What happen if i have to make partial settlement (once a month) for a static amount, for example:

I`ve a rebate agreement for $4000, and i have to pay four times for the same amount,

07.2008 = $1000

08.2008 = $1000

09.2008 = $1000

10.2008 = $1000

And i want that the system generates de credit memo automatic at the end of the month.

I ve to run the VB(7 on batch???

How can I do it?

Hi,

I think, while creating the rebate agreement ,you can specify the settlement period as per your requirement.

This should solve your problem.
