Hi,

I am working on SRM MDM catalog 2.0.

While create the shopping cart,if I selec one item and check in preview I get two items instead of one.Also the Total amount is wrong.

Also when I click on Transfer Item it gives me an error incomplete items wnt be accepted,when checked in logs it says UOM is invalid,however I hav that UOM .

Any suggestions

hi Nisha,

We had a similar problem where items added from held cart had a wrong price or gave message "Items in template contain errors, only correct items are transferred."

We use SRM 4.0 with MDM 1.0 (purely as Catalog only)

What we found recently that it was an issue with MDM configuration. Once we fixed the configuration it worked fine.

Once we test and verify the solution I will upload more details to above thread.

Also found tools like HTTPWatch useful.

If you use it and look at POST data you should see item attributes like EXT_PRODUCT_ID that is used by SRM and MDM to get latest details from MDM catalog.

Hi,

Check the ISO code is populated for the UOM you are using for the testing.

If the ISO code is empty or if two UOM's has same ISO code you will get this type of error message.
