While printing a form we will get the print preview scree. There the printer name we give is LP01. In some servers , this name is set by default. But in others that entry is blank and we have to set that manually. How should we set that by default.

Default printer will be picked from the user master record.
You can set a default printer for your userid. Run tcode SU3, key in the printer name in Defaults tab.
