making sales order priority

I want to release a Sales order that has been on the system since last month but when I run VL10A it gives the error Customer requires complete delivery. On further investigation with sales all products are available except for ONE product 282828282 which gives a delivery date of 29.07.08.

What i want to do is make this particualr sale sorder as a PRIORITY?

How do i make it a priority?

Hello,

Go to the SO, choose the item, in the menu>edit>fast change of-->priority, in the pop-up assign a value of 1.
