Hi Vivek,

Sample schema calculate the samples based on the inspection lot size. You need to maintain a Sampling plan tables under inspection severity.

E.g. Here an simple example is give for SAP STD inspection severity 004 - Normal inspection, sample plan.

Lot Size Sample size

1 1

25 2

50 3

90 3

150 5

280 8

500 13

1200 20

3200 32

10000 50

35000 80

150000 125

500000 200

10000000000 315

Now assume the lot size is 230 so sample size = 5

The Other types of inspection severity are

001 Inspection without sampling scheme

002 Reduced inspection

006 Tightened inspection

These are depend up on the parameters you selects in the Header Data for Schema.

Like

Indicator: Attributive Inspection:-

Means that the sampling scheme is used for an attributive inspection.

The sampling plan consists of the sample size, acceptance number, and rejection number.

Indicator: Variable Inspection According to S-Method: -

Means that the sampling scheme is used for variable inspections.

The sampling instructions are related to the sample size and k factor.

Without Valuation Parameters: -

Same as explained in the example above.

One more thing the Sample schema you have discussed here are t01 and t02. They don't seems STD SAP. So I cant say how they will work.
