Hi all,
I will be extreamly thankful if you will resolve my following queries.
1)Will you please tell me what exact abap is used in SRM.
2)Secondly being an ABAPer is it manageble to learn SRM without domain experience.Are these candidates without domain exp. considered by organisations in India as well as overseas.
3)Also please tell me how is the market for these higher end modules.

Hi Sandeep,
IMHO, In Order to work in areas like SRM you should have both functional and technical knowledge. How deep depends on your role and access to an environment you can learn.
Say you have good ABAP skills, understand SRM functionality as to 3 implementation scenarios
--> Classic
--> Extended Classic
--> Standalone
What are various configurations?
How different modules/functions work with each other?
Yes i feel a person can manage to learn SRM.
