Hi,
We are using ECC 6.0 IDES on Windows Sql Server 2005.
when we start sap server from MMC then dispatcher is being yellow and show the message Dialog Queue info unavailable.
how to resolved this?

What is your current kernel patch level ? try to upgrade your kernel if kernel level patch is old.

Thanks for suggestion.
I checked the Note and foud that sapstartserv.exe and disp+work.exe has differnet patch version might be that cause the problem.
we are going to apply new kernel patch. hope it's solves the peoblem.
Yes it's cause the problem.
make sure that you have same patch level for sapstartserv.exe and disp+work.exe.
when you apply the patch, make sure that you stop the sap service from windows service.
after upgrading patch open the MMC and right click on SID and click version info make sure that all files listed there have same patch level.
