Sales Targets

Dear SAPgurus,

i am having one typical business process. in our business each customer(dealers) having the monthly sales target, say for the 1.07.2008 to 31.07.2008(july ) is 10,00,000 RS.

once customer achevies his target , system should not allow to further any sales in that month.

ex :

say customer is having the target of 10,00,000. he achevied 950000RS. we are having the two peding sales orders and i am creating the collective delivery , system should allow those items which are fall in the target(50000rs).

how to achevie this functionality or any other work around solution.

plz help me out.

hi,

my solution :

the target and the acutal values have to be stored in the sales info system in a table S+++.

In an Userexit ( MV45afzz ) the sales order has to be made incomplete, when the targes of the month ist overshot.

If you want to make a part. delivery ( the last 50000 ), you should make a dilivery plock in the item. In this case, the updating of the actual values in s+++ should not been made.
