Restriction in Data entry Profile based on Employee Master

Hi,

I have requirement of restiction of data entry profile based on Employee master. Let us say few employee should make time entry in CAT2 with data entry profile (say DF-01) where as some other employees will make time entry in CAT2 with data entry profile (say DF-02). This data entry profile should be defaulted based on employee master.

I would like to request you suggest on this.

Possible.

In the data entry profile maintain the field Authorisation- i.e., Profile Authorization Group.

In the authorisation object, maintain the info type 0316 and then in the subtype mention the Profile Authorisation Group.

Employee with this authoirsation object can only use the data entry profile.
