How to export material and price data to an external System?

Hy SAPExperts,

how can I export material data and the associated prices from SAP to an external system. What is the best way to do this?

Is there an IDOC available, if yes how is it called?

Or is it better to use a BAPI? Which BAPI?

Hi Frederic,

Our team is working on similar type of issues.

I seek little information about the query you have raised:

1) Is the pricing information is Clinet Specific ( I mean everytime the pricing structure/firlds etc are doing to remain same or they are dynamic)?

2) Does the pricing structure has any concept such as RDD (Relationship Dependent Data) Pricing For ex: change in the offered price as per relationship of both parties!

3) Lastly,do you want to send two diffetent Idoc (Material + Price) or one customized one?

Can you share these details so as i could add something on it.

Hi Krutarth,

I'm absolutely new in the SAP Business, your first point I don't understand in detail, I've a product with a sales price and that information I will send to an external System. Your second point, is it advisable in SAP to have a pricing concept? Are there some pricing concepts available in SAP?

Your third point, I don't know if it possible to send one single IDOC with alle informations? Can I customize a IDOC SAP inside in which I can match the product with sales price?
