Sales Order processing. Confirmed Quanity is showing Zero ??

Dear members,

can you please let me know in sales order processing. when the confirmed quanity gets updated.

I have created a SAles order with 10 quanity and I have looked at MMBE we have 700 quanity as unresitricted stock still, in my sales order at schedule line confirmed quanity is showing as zero.

can you please let me know, what are the things I need to check.

Hi,

Check for the open order Quantity. i.e. the quantity which are confirmed for delivery but not yet delivered.

Please check the ATP quantity in the avaliability overview screen .It should not be 0.
