Error when reading data from socket

Hi,

I am getting the error 'NiRawReadError: An error occured when reading data from socket.' when using the ABAP API 'mo_core_service->invoke_matching'.

And I get this error only when I pass ABAP_TRUE to the paramter 'iv_wait_for_invocation' .

Can anybody help me in correcting this?

I already saw this thread, but it talks about connection between Web AS and MDM server, which was already established in my case.

This is a timeout issue.

What can be done?

-You may increase the kernel default value

for MDM networking timeout. Transaction: RZ11, parameter name: mdm/network_timeout.
