Dear all,

In sale order, when i click conditons, in JMOD, the percentage(14%) is not coming. It is coming as 0%. Until yesteday it was working fine. How to make it come again?

Dear AR

Go to J1ID, select Material and Chapter-Id Combination and see what chapter id you have maintained for the invoiced material. Again in J1ID, select Excise Tax Rate. There check for that chapter id, whether you have maintained 14% with effective validity dates.

Please check the validity period of that conditin record in VK13...I think it might have expired. Please extend the validity peroid..
