A senario for DD Document distribution

Hi Friends,

Can i know if it is possiblr to Distribute Documents Automatically for a Particular Recipient list (or group of Members) based on the Document Type and Status of the Document reached.

the senario is automatic distribution of Documents of certain Docu type should take place to a sect of members. (maintained in recipient list)

this process should automatically happen to all documents of this document Type when this stage say (IW or Released ) is reached.

i did not come across Distribution of documents based on Doc type and Status of DIR,

Please Suggest how can it be achived.

Might be helpful for u.

Else u may need to play a bit with workflow to trigger distribution based on status and doc type.
