HR/ SRM integration (1001 and the subtype A209 have not been entered error)

Hi,

We are currently implementing SRM 5.0 (Srm server 5.5 )with backend ECC 6.0 (SAP_BASIS 700 SPK14).

When we are trying to replicate the HR org. structure from ECC 6.0 to SRM system, the org units and positions are getting replicated correctly. When we replicate the persons (Object P) through PFAL in the insert mode, the inbound IDOC in SRM is throwing an error giving a message that that "Missing data" as follows:

*It has been determined that the employee 0000044 has been received for the first time. However, not all the data that is needed to create a business partner has been received. In this case, the infotype 1001 and the subtype A209 have not been entered for the employee*

All the correction SAP notes I could find have been implemented as we are on SAP BASIS 700 Support pack 014 for ECC and SRM 5.0 (Server 5.5 - SAPK 06)

Youe help in solving the problem will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Abdul Kadir Rajbhoy

Hi,

Pls check the foll settings as mentioned in the note Note 934372 - SRM/CRM: HR integration for business partner - new features

Change to the filter settings of the distribution model:

To generate the business partner with the role 'Employee', you must

add the following entry to the filter settings in the distribution

model.

Infotype: "1001"

Object type: "P"

Type of related object: "CP"

Subtype: "A209".

Without this setting, the IDoc receives status 51 with the error

message 'Missing data" (HRALX00_ORG, 315).

Please check whether the following filter has been maintained in the distribution model on the R/3 side.If not, please maintain this filter settings on R/3,distribute the changes to SRM and re -run the replication for employees/persons.

Hi,

Did you add the filter on R/3 side??

Also is the infotype 1001 and subtype a209 maintained for the employees on R/3 side.If the infotype /subtype data is not maintained and doenst come through the IDOC during replication, then this error might be arising.

This is not one of the common errors which arise during the replication.
