Dear experts,

i have found following message in XI Runtime workbench

javax.ejb.CreateException: Unable to log on to system KXD in language en with user PIRWBUSER

when i am clicking on performance monitor i have this message

5 Message(s) : Attempt to transfer JCo object for remote connection to Integration Server failed - Error class com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.OperationFailedException: Unable to log on to system KXD in language EN with user PIRWBUSER - Attempt to create JCo connection object failed for domain domain.10.khdevecc - Integration Server unable to specify a JCo client - No component names available from Integration Server -

so please tell me what is this meaning and what i have to do

Hi,

It is the problem because of EJB is not initalised. I think Some files are correpted.

Try to restart the XI system.

Hi chandra,

The PIRWUSER is used for retrieving data from your R3 backend proxy and XI system.

This user must exist in your R3 proxy with the same password than your XI system.

So, check the password is the same in Exchange Profile, in XI and in your R3 proxys.

Furtheremore, check that this user is not locked in any system.

Hi Amit,

When I say R3 proxy, I mean the R3 backend system which your XI is connected to.

So, log on in your R3 backend, go to SU01 and look for PIRWUSER user. It should have the same password and roles than XI system.
