Hi,
I need to pick files from a shared folder and send the data to SAP R/3.
I just realised that the files in the folder will have a time stamp appended to them. so essentially all file names will be different due to the time stamp addition.
So in XI, in the SOURCE tab of communication channel, should I mention the File-Name as ' File*' assuming here 'File' is the beginning string of each file name.
If this is wrong, could you help let me kn ow how to make sure that XI picks all files in the Source-directory.

YES, you can give the file name like that.
If the all file names are starting with abc means , you can give abc. in the file name field
