Hi,

how can I fix this problem ?

jdkversion 142_09 .

Hi Arzu,

thank you for your replying.

The current OS I am using is Microsoft Windows XP

Service Pack 2.

The very last installation was made with JDK version 142_12.

However it was pointless. I can try to reinstall with

the mentioned newest JCE policy files .

Can tell me from where I can obtain these above

JCE policy files ?

Download the JCE policy files for your platform at http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads

If it is newer from your currnt version, you can use. Please check your current version, then apply.

Hi,

What is your operating system?

Why are you using older version of java?

Please download and use 1_4_2_12 or 1_4_2_13

Also, download the newest JCE policy files according to your os
