Message - Inform Bidder of change

Hi Gurus,

While informing the bidders regarding the change in auction its giving a message "Auction XXXXXXXXXX was awarded to bidder XXXXXX"

Just want to know whether its a standard error message?

Hi Rahul,

I did come across this situation.

The words have to be rephrased in SE91 transaction.

1) Go to SE91 transaction and enter message class as BBP_BID, message

number 203.

2) Go into the change mode. Current text is maintained as

Auction &1 was awarded to bidder &2

Change it to

Auction &1 was issued to bidder &2

3) Save the changes.

Hi Rahul,

Can you pls elaborate on when are you getting this message? Is it in the purchasers login? How do you inform bidders of change? Are you trying to create a follow-on bid?
