Missing Plant

Former Member

I created a Plant in "Definition | Logistic - General | Define, copy, delete, check plant"

but I couldn't find that Plant when trying to "Definition | Logistic - General | Assign plant to company code".

What would be wrong here?

Thanks, but none of them is the solution. It already appeared in plant list of Define Plant screen. Copying from the existing ones didn't help though

To create plant, you have to run ox10. To assign the plant to company code, you have to run ox18. If you are sure that you have created the plant and in assignment, it is not flowing, better go to ox10 once again and choose Define Plant. Select the newly created plant and delete by pressing [Shift F2]

Retry the above process by creating one more new plant and assign.

thanks

hi rn,

Hello,

check this plant is assigned to any other company code.... as you are ware a plant can have only one company code. Go to the company code --> Plant assignment, search for your plant, if it is assigned to some other company code, then delete the assignment and assign it to your company code.

Hi,

the reasons could be

a) you created but not saved the plant

b) you have not copied the plan from the satndard one (for eg 1000)
