What is ment by an internal order created with respect to an internal order??

Under which scenario do we create this n what is the tcodes involved.

Dear Rao,

Generally we create internal order for costing purpose only and based on the internal order the actual price is determined.It is mainly used in Research oriented company.

Tcode is KO01
