Hi Al

I get some SRM user data in excel in french text but when i convert into .txt file for uploading purpose. It converted in to " ?" rather than french text so i am finding difficulties.

Any help is appreciated. But my srm system is french compatable.

Hello,

When you save your text file with notepad or another text editor, ensure to set the encoding as Unicode.

In notepad, chose save as...

In the last field called encoding choose Unicode.

Your problem is just encoding related and SRM is unicode compliant.
