G/L accounts that requires order numbers

Hello,

In our SRM system when putting a G/L account in account assigment some G/L accounts in R/3 requires an order number for the order to be approved. But SRM does not know this before posting time, so our users get an error and the shopping cart is put into hold status.

Most of our users no not notice this before they start wondering why there order is not being delivered.

Is there any way for us to implement something that gives an error to the user before he/she can order the shopping cart?

Hello,

Unfortunatly SRM won't check the GL account property. A solution is to implement a badi bbp_doc_check_badi to add additional check during SC creation.

Did you read the note 815849 , this explain how account assignment works in SRM and its limitation.
