Error in creating an client

Hi all ,

I m getting error after installation of SAP 4.7ee version.

IN MMC the error is

"Get process list failed:800706BA "

RPC server is unavailable

I had logged in SAP* user and

while i m trying to create an new client i m getting an error

"System error:Unable to lock table/new T000"

While i m trying to create an new user also i m getting error

"System lock administrator errror : please notify your administrator"

Kindly guide me .

HI,

check the ip address and hostname entry in hosts file is correct.

further check sap note 1196556 - Error: "(800706ba) RPC server is unavailable."

No in my application all the network and IP settings are correct.

Try ..

1. Shut the SAP system down.

2. Lock users (update USR02 and set UFLAG = 64 for all users, except SAP*).

3. Go to the new client using SAP*

4. Run client copy.

Also, make sure no one is accessing the database via the back-end (SQL management studio, etc.).
