Hi all,
I created Approver role and assigned UME actions to that role and assigned to a user approver_user.
After logging with approver_user,there are four panes
1)request for approval
2)search request
3)request on hold
4)request audit trail.
but Request for approval and request on hold are blank, even so there are requests for approval
Kindly guide me which UME action should be assigned to that role.
Thanks & Regards
Karunakar

ViewForwardRequest
ViewReRoute
ViewAccessEnforcer

ViewRiskAnalysis
ViewSelectRoles
ViewReaffirms
ViewRiskAnalysis
ViewSelectRoles
ViewReaffirms
ViewApprove

2. Check the status of the Request and with whom it is lying.

Karuna,
I think the following clues may help you.
1. Check the assigned roles in UME and confirm that the Approver role is there.
2. Check the status of the Request and with whom it is lying.

Karuna-
There is a difference between Requests on Hold vs. Open Requests. You will only see data in Requests on Hold screen, when an Approver puts a Request on Hold. You will not see Open Requests in the Requests on Hold screen.
As far as the Requests for Approval, you will only see data in the Requests for Approval screen if You are the Approver for those requests.
Create a request, where You are the Approver, and then you will see that request in the Requests for Approval screen...
