requirement of sales order item is 1 ea,its corresponding store laction have 224 ea.i check the received quantity is 0 via trancation co09,display the list of requirement in the md04,i found the part delivery document exist ,whether the material cann't be locked .i donn't how to process it .

please help me analyse it .

Hi

If yu donot have any delivery commitments for the part delivered document, then go to the corresponding sales document item and assign the reason for rejection for the balance quantity and save the order. Now that stock assigned for that order will be released.
