Sold to party partner function

In IMG for partner determination procedure, sold to party partner function, entry for sales header indicates this partner function is not changeable. Even with this assignment sold to party address can still be changed. Why?

If you set sold to party partner function as not changeable in partner determination procedure, It indicates you cannot change the sold to party partner.

The 'not changeable' just refers to the sold to party partner.

The address can always be changed. You are not indicating that information of sold to party cannot be changed.

Hence, it is a standard behaviour.
