Can any one tell me the steps to create a new folder to save technical and functional specs in solution manager. I am using solar02 t-code.

Hi Oscar,
From SOLAR02 context, the best places to hang off documents, in my view, are:
- Development Tab: Functional/ Technical Specs/Data Mapping Rules etc on Forms, Reports, Enhancements etc
- Configuration Tab: Config Notes, Any input files that helped Config activity
- Test Cases Tab: Test Scripts/ Cases at Process Step (Unit Tests), Process or Scenario level (Integration Tests); Choose Test Document as the option and not 'Manual Test'
- Training Materials Tab: Business Process Procedures, Other Powerpoits/ Step by step user guides etc.
The actual steps involved are largely the same, apart from the Training Material Tab, where you'd have to press the 'Insert Document icon first.

For uploading documents in solar02 first u need to create struture under solar01. then under solar02 select ur appropriate business process and go to the project documentation tab there click the symbol ' + ' . you will find options for uploading the file.
