Cannot insert a key value pair into the secure store fails

Dear frineds,

while I am installing SAP_NetWeaver_2004s, I get always the same error.

I have tried whole installation three times. What is wrong. I have downloaded

this software at SAP-Homepage. Whats is wrong ?
