Assign material, batch to a customer

Can anyone suggest how to assign pericular material & batch with a perticular customer.System should give error if batch is diffferent while issueing mtl to customer.

It is fine for material & customer.But our requirment is how to assign the perticular batch of material with customer.Pl guide.
