java problem

Hello all

I've installed an Abap+Java system SAP ERP 6 on win 2003 server 64 bit

I have the folowing problem. After the installation finished. When open the sap mmc. I have two systems

The system installed with my SID and an SMD system.

SMD system remains permanently yellow, jcontrol is yellow and SMDagent is stopped.

My system is at first green but than it becomes yellow because server0 stops after an while it starts again in some kind of cycle.

I can't find out what is happening.

Look at the MMC under process list. You should see a server0. The status it should proceed in order is:

- starting framework

- starting applications

- started

Where is it stopping and reverting back to grey?

I think you have issue with the JVM settings

Please set the JVM parameters as explained in Note 723909.

If you find any ERRORs in the logs, please paste them here.
