How BPM xi in ARIS

Hi Experts,

I want to know how BPM in XI is useful in SOLUMAN.. How aris related to BPM..

Aris is a tool in which you can model the business scenarios and generate BPEL documents.

YOu can directly upload the BPEL documents in XI as Integration processes.

ARIS is a business process modeling tool that supports the creation of fairly complex business processes, including rules, components, roles etc. The generated metadata model can be exported and used in any other development tool supporting the standard. In contrast to the modeling tools mentioned before, ARIS does not generate the application, but requires manual implementation efforts. The main difference among ARIS and other modelling tools is that it is built on a database platform so that every diagram is made of objects and relations contained in the database. Furthermore the modelling user is not free to model whatever he wants but the tool has built in syntax and semantics for every kind of supported model type.

Hi Ganesh,

In XI BPM is Business Process Management. SOLUMAN is an collabaration & methadology tool for implementaion,upgrading,temple kind of projects for sattelite systems (java,abap systems). In SOLUMAN is BPM is Business Process Monitoring. You have to create BP in ARIS and you have to monitor this BP in Solution Manager. Its like Application Monitoring. Example is Sales Order creation is one application. You can monitor this by using SOLUMAN where the problem occured.
