Time setting problem

Hi

I a facing following problem.

My server is in us where as i am in india. My personal time zone is set to india. But when i am creating a sales order on sales report time created it is showing of server that is of us . why it is not showing indian time on which i have created sales order.

Can somebody help me on this.

is there any setting?

This is a tricky one... so basically the system is taking the system time instead of the user time... mmmmm.. maybe its hardcoded to use the system time.
