Release Forecast to ECC

I am trying to release the DP Forecast to ECC. The job is taking forever to complete . I have verified in the logs and the infocubes that all the forecast is being sent completely. The job however remains in active state even after that !

Have you guys faced a similar problem ?

Is there some configuration setting that we need to do ?

Is it some parameter setting that needs to be done on the Basis side ?

Hi Ranjini,

What does your job spool say? Looks like this is a performance issue. Did you check in SM50 if the process is still active or has any red color shade for the times? You better talk to your basis. If there is anything wrong with the config, the job still gets finished or gets canceled but doesnot take forever.

I did look at sm50. The job gets put on hold for some reason and never gets released again . I am asking the basis to look into this. Have any of you faced similar problems before ? we are on SCM 5.1 .
