Alert Management - Does not trigger through the BOR BUS2012 Change.

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement : On PO change Alert should be sent to UWL, to start working on it, we just configured it to SAP workplace.

Now when we do any change, mail is not sent to the workplace, at the same time if I use the program RSALERTTEST, we get the responce on workplace.

Wondering if there is any config, we've missed.

I have a doubt at this particular point - When we goto SWE2, and fill the details

Object Type : BUS2012

EVENT : Changed

Reciever Type: I am not sure what this is suppose to be(Help needed)

Type Linkage: Checked.

Function Module: SALRT_CREATE_VIA_EVENT

RFC connection has been set to 'NONE' since ALM is configured on same server.

Please let us know, if we have skipped any point or filled wrong details in above mentioned parameters.

Do pass us any config document, if replying seems long and complicated

It was a Basis Issue
