shipment doc error

dear friends,

i have configured for outbound delivery with respect to a sale order .i have created

1.sale order with a route

2.delivery with route , picking .

now i treid for shipping doc , but while creating shiping doc the delivery doc is not comming .

so that i cant proceed further

please help me to solve it , it is very urgent

Hi !

Have you maintain the following settings? You have to maintain shipping cost revance for the following three aspects, then only your delivery document can be considered for transfortation cost calculation.

1.Maintain transportation relevance for delivery types

2.Maintain transportation relevance for delivery item types

3.Maintain transportation relevance for routes

Hi,

Can u give more details on that.........

As per my knowledge by maintaining transportation relevance for the Delivery, Delivery item type and Route you should be able to get the deliveries.

check the Transportation status in the delivery doc at VL02N.

Also kindly check the shipment document type used while creating the shipment.
