Dear Gurus,

I'm now working on Service desk configuration.I have created new transaction type(ZLFN) by copy from SLFN , because i don't want to change standard.

However ,when i create new support message by tcode notif_create, it still link with slfn transaction type.

How can i link ZLFN transaction type with notif_create?

Point will be reward...Thanks

Pavinee,

Hello,

Execute tcode SPPFCADM.....

There you have to select DNO_NOTIF Application.... scrolll down to get this application.....

Now after selecting that application, click on "Define action profile and actions" tab.....

Now you will get 2 actions profiles there....

Select action profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO...

This action profile has two actions....

Select action SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM....

After selectiing click on "processing type"

In this Settings method call tab, select Change Processing parameter, there change the Process_type to the one you desire....

Hi,

SLFN is std for service desk. You need to assign action profile, status profile, no. range and date profile(optional) to SLFN. It may affect other functionality of service desk if u use other transaction.

I would suggest to go with std.

Go to Transaction DNO_CUST04 and enter the name of the new transaction in the field PROCESS_TYPE.
