Request running for long time

Hi Gurus,

I facing a problem to transport a request.

when I add a request to Import Queue it added to import queue but shows the status of import running (A truk)

Transport Logs shows selection for import successfully completed.

Hi ,

you are inside the import queue which has the problem

From menu bar select GOTO --> Import Monitor it will take you to new screen, you will find in right hand side

you will find list of the imported request and you will find the request with a truk appear there , right click on it and then delete.

back to the queue you will find it imported successfully

That means that someone else already trigger the import... are you adding the transport manually to the import queue?... i wonder why?... anyhow if the transport is taking too long check the tp monitor and the logs.
