CJ40: Planned amount Doesnt Show up in CJ30 (Planned Total)

Hi;

I came up recently witha Problem That whenever i do Planning (cj40) and after saving it when i go to Project Budget CJ30, there it doesnt show me the planned Values in the relevant column.

your valuable input would be of great help to me.

dear eguru,

you hav two option for budgeting thru cj30.

1) you can do mannual budgeting as like cj40 process. select wbs>go to primary cost>enter amount in concerned cost element.

then select all>edit>totalup >check and save.

2)you can copy your cost as it is in cj30. for that u should follow

Step 1 : Choose the year in which u want to give the budget

Step 2 : select all then go copy view then select planned total (100%)

Step 3 : total up

Step4 : go to overall

Step5 : select all then cumulative then again select all total up then chk any remainder

if all OK then save

Dear Lallan Thats what i have had been doin,

But now my Planned values for the required Fiscal year doesnt Show up in the field (Planing Values- CJ30)

Try this:

In CJ30 goto menu>Settings>Planned Total Version.

Ensure to mention the version in which you've planned your values in CJ40.

Cost Planning (CJ40) is done for Current Fiscal Year by default.

Where as Budgetting (CJ30) is done for overall years.

To see planned values in Budgetting change the period from overall to current/year for which you planned costs.
