URGENT <VERY URGENT

Hi All,

My clients requirement is that he wants grade and shade of a material which will be in characteristics of a particular batch to appear in the sales order as different fields, which he tries to maintain in characteristics of a batch.

And he wants them to be copied to the delivery and they need to be appearing as seperate fields and width also.

Kindly guide me how i should gather the information from the client and how i need to give the inputs to ABAPER.

hi,

you have to add the new fields to VBAP and LIPS and copy the values in userexit MV45AFZZ into the vbap-fields.

Hi,

Instead of creating new fields, you can map you requirement with any of fields from (Material Grp 1 - Material grp 5) if you are not using these fields.

These fields are available in Sales order item in Additional data tab 1.

Also there fields are available in Delivery.

Dear Guru,

Add the two fields i.e (1).Grade (2).Shade into VBAP / LIPS tables. Once that is done, for these fields to appear in the delivery, u'll have to copy the values in VABAP fields to MV45AFZZ. Hope this serves the purpose.
