SRM MDM Catalog 2.0

Hi ,

I am working with SRM MDM catalog 2.0.

We have loaded the MDM repository with data ,created roles and users .

The EBP configuration has been done.

When we try connecting to it using URL

http://J2EE :port/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM

it connects to MDM server and shows the repository dropdown.However when we enter the username and password (as in MDM),it gives Login failed error.

Any suggestions

Hi Nisha,

you try to acces the configuration WebUI for the SRM-MDM catalog. The user should have the role UI Configuration Manager.

If you want to enter SRM-MDM catalog you have to use this link:

http://<server>:<port>/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM?sap-locale=&HOOK_URL=&username=<username>&password=<password>... Servername>&catalog=<repository name>&port=<repository port>&uilanguage=SY-LANGU&datalanguage=&mask=&HOOK_URL=_top&_caller=CTLG&OKCode=ADDI

The user for entering SRM-MDM catalog should have the role Catalog User.

I tried the link.

Th user has Catalog User and configuration Manager Role.

But getting the same error.

Hi,

problem with MDM SP5 try to apply patch to MDM and also MDMUI in java engine it willresolve your problem

we had this problem earlier we solved by applying patches

Hello.

This URL is to set up the search GUI. If you have a password for the MDM server, write this in the first password field, then use the Master account (Master and blank password as standard). Please test this.
