Periodic Billing-change is billing dates

Hi Gurus,

1> The requirement is for a periodoc billing plan items ; the changes in the billing dates is required.( for unbilled sub items) Say as per billing plan the 1st of the month is billing date, the requirement is to chage it.

Is there any way to do this?
