How do I check if I need SAP GUI 7.10 Patch-Level 7?

Hi,
I have installed SAP GUI 7.10 client.
After restarting the PC, I tried to install the Patch-Level 7 but I got the message:
This SAP Front End Patch cannot be applied. Either this patch is already installed or the components to be patched are not yet installed at all.
My version for the SAPGUI installer is 2008.0.0.187
From Windows, I looked at the version for the installed file saplogon.exe, it is 7100.1.0.1027.
Does anyone know if my SAPGUI would require Patch-Level 7?

Discovered that it was my SAPGUI 7.10 installer that is giving me problem. Download another SAPGUI 7.10 installer and it works fine now.

Hello. Check in SAP logon, press on left top square --> About SAP logon. What do you see? Are your installation correct ?
The 8 patch level are available ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/710/patches/

This is my SAP logon info, do it looks alright?

Patch Level: 0
These are my installed component. Could it be that none of the below components need to be patched?
1. SAP GUI Suite
2. R/3 Add-on
3. General Add-on
4. Legacy Components
5. CRM Add-on

Are the file size 79.614.400 ? Are you have other PC where you can install the same GUI for same DISTRIB file ? Are the same error on it? If yes your DISTRIB files are corrupted (or not completly downloaded). For test try to deinstall SAPGUI. delete SAP folder in Program files, reboot PC and try new installation. After try to implement your patch. Regards.
