Installing Oracle PatchSet 10.2.0.2

Hello,

I have installed Oracle 10.2 on AIX

I want to in install Oracle Patchset 10.2.0.2 on AIX. Following files are downloaded for the same.

Patchset_10202_AIX64-5Laa.bin

Patchset_10202_AIX64-5Lab.bin

Patchset_10202_AIX64-5Lac.bin

Patchset_10202_AIX64-5Lad.bin

I would like know how to use these *.bin files for installation.
