Configuration steps to configure Simple Credit Limit Check for customer ....

Can any one explanin me step by step process ..

HI,

1. In the sales document type , there is a field for Credit check, u can maintain there A/B/C.

2. In the tcode FD32, maintain the credit limit of the customer with all details

3.assigm the credit control area to ur company code

Have you assigned the "Credit Control Area" to your Sales Area?

If not assigned then make the assigned.

Dear Mr Nishat,

For Simple Credit Limit Check Process,

In Your Order Type (VOV8)Select Check Credit Limit A r B r C

Then Maintain Customer Credit Limit In FD32 based on Credit Control Area .

you doucment is maintained Simple Credit Limit.

The Document also posted Based on Terms of Payment.

hi

these are the steps you nedd to do

1. define credit control area and assign that to the company code

2. define risk categories and assign them to your credit control area

3. assign credit control area in customer master

4. using tcode: FD32 assign the risk category and credit limit to the customer

5. using Tcode: OVAK you can customize what has to happen like

whether you want a warning message or error message or a delivery block

assign that to the sales document type you are using in the same transaction

1) IMG-def-fa-Define Credit Control Area(CCA)

2) Assign CCA---Company Code

3) Define and Assign Risk Categories IMGFAA/c Recievables & A/c Payables

4)Credi management---CCA

5) CCA--- Risk Groups

6) Assign CCA----Risk Groups

7) IMG-SD-Basic functions-Credit Management/Risk Mgmt---Define Credit Groups

8)Assign SD & Delivery Documents

9)Credit Mgmt--Simple Credit Check-Select Your document type and Assign A in credit check

Remember to assign cca in customer master.
