shopping cart returning to the sourcing cockpit

Hi

Could anyone please tell me how you can tell if a shopping cart has returned to the sourcing cockpit. Where do you go in the portal so see that it is in the sourcing cockpit? How can you tell if a shopping cart has returned to the sourcing cockpit or whether it has not returned to the sourcing cockpit?

Please advise.

Hi Deepa,

If you know the shopping cart number, execute BBP_PD transaction. Enter BUS2121, object id as shopping cart number, go to the details of Items. You have field called Source_rel_ind. If it has a value 'X', it means that the item is in sourcing cockpit.

Few common values of source_rel_ind are

X --> In soco

Y--> Completed

M--> RFQ from SOCO

Check the history of the item, it will have the "In Purchaser's Worklist " status.
