Batch determination in PGI

hi

when i create DN, i dont want determine batch automatically. Before I do the PGI, then to assign batch by system, possilbe? pls advice. thanks

HI,

System will determine batch automatically when u activate automatic batch determination in Delivery item category in 0VLP t.code.

If u dont want it automatically then do not activate automatic batch determination in deliery..

But before doing pgi u have to enter manually only and system cant determine automatically before doing pgi unless u want it in delivery..

Even u can change when system determined batch automatically in delivery as per your requirememt...

Hi,

You create DN using VL01N and you do Batch determination & PGI both with VL02N.

my question is when i create DN on 07.08.08, i dont need batch determination. then i do the PGI on 09.08.08. Can the batch automatically assign to this DN on 09.08.08
