HOw to restart Communication Channel

Hi ALL,

When I tried to restart Communication Channel. Its not getting started. Its showing the following error status.

status: Channel Stated but has error

Explanation :

failed to send mail: com.sap.aii.messaging.util.XMLScanException: expecting start tag: Mail, but found Messages at state 1

And this is sender side adapter. it is mail adapter.

Please let me know, how can I start this CC.

Please check with Transport and message protocol

TP=imap4/pop3

MP=XIPayload

ALSO Check with connection parameters like url,username,passwd,polling interval

You need to use the source structure provided by sap in order to use it in your mail scenario which you can download it from.

If you will look it carefully it is

xmlns:xi="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30"

xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

Can you please check your structure if it matches exactly with the mail package provided by SAP.

Hi,

The channel has started but as you are using this channel in your some scenario which is using this channel which has some problem. You have to see the mail package structure which you are using in Integration Repository, it looks to be wrong, start tag is missing, fix it this will make the communication channel work.
