Greetings Venkat,

Have you completed the post installation steps for the new system. It takes 2 days (pending on problems, could be 1 day) to install a system, but takes a week to configure. One of the steps is to create PISUPER and add the appropriate roles/groups to the user.

Another check is on the Visual Adiminstrator goto the server -> services -> SLD provider and check to see if all the values are there and that the SLD sync works (again a post installation step to connect PI to the SLD).

Goto Runtime Workbench and go to component monitoring and check all the components to see if the domain components are active and green. There are a host of checks that PI gives you in Runtime workbench and you should be kept busy just in that one page alone (I know I was, although I installed XI 3.0 SP05 3 years ago... that was fun...).

Good luck

Rocco
